Here’s what my goals were for last week:
Read for 20 minutes before bed. Done with no problem. I love reading.
Miracle Morning routine. I did my Miracle Morning about 50% of the time. I’m getting better.
30 minutes of very active time and 10000 steps 5 out of the 7 days. Not. Even. Close.
12 hours of client contact. Bummer, only 6 hours.
Complete 3 modules of my online course. Two done.
Meal plan and grocery shop. Cook at least 5 meals at home and eat as a family. Nailed it!
Find a sitter for the kids on Saturday. Nailed it. Thank you, Sydney!!!
Alright for next week:
Miracle Morning – 4 out of 7 days.
Read 20 minutes before bed.
Either 10,000 steps on the FitBit OR 7-Minute workout daily.
Complete 2 online modules and client surveys sent.
Prepare for my marketing meeting!
Meal plan, grocery shop and eat at least 5 meals as a family.
Read aloud to the kids at least 20 minutes a day.
